Communication was great. The color was a bit off but the seller described the difference and was flexible with timing waiting for my son to check with his officer. He loved the product and it gave him the padding he needed!

Overall. This is solid for the price point. We'll sewn, although, I will be replacing the buckles with UTX buckles, but it works. The padding is awesome too.
